    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;The Restaurant Supervisor at Manning's Sports Bar creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operation.</p><ul><li>Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility.</li><li>Review staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff.</li><li>Check with Cooks to determine menu changes, substitutions or deletions for the day, and notify staff</li><li>Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures</li><li>Develop schedules to reflect staffing levels needed to give optimal guest service</li><li>Train new employees and update all employees on new procedures or policies</li><li>Conduct a physical inventory of bar ware and requisition replacement items as needed</li><li>Coach and counsel all employees when needed to reinforce department and company policy and procedures</li><li>Maintain a well-informed shift by conducting daily shift meetings</li><li>Department walkthroughs are done on a daily basis to assure cleanliness and all equipment is operational.</li><li>Implementing training programs that ensure high quality service.</li><li>Maintaining proper employee/employer relations.</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of present and future sports schedules to set, adjust, and plan for both TV schedule and guest attendance.\"</li></ul><p>Other Qualifications</p><ul><li>Associates degree preferred&nbsp;</li><li>1 - 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service skills.</li><li>Good understanding of how his/her job responsibilities relate to other areas of operation.</li><li>Willingness to work any shift, any day, when necessary.</li><li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations; can lift and carry upwards of 50 lbs</li><li>Bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip and carry heavy loads</li><li>Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, and walk up and down stairs.</li><li>Respond to visual and aural cues</li><li>Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>GAMING PERMIT:&nbsp; N/A</p>",
