Oversee the development of complex systems and equipment. Research, test, and analyze the design used to monitor consistency in production. Review initial electrical schematics and update existing schematics.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong>&nbsp;</p></div><p data-pasted=\"true\">&bull; Develop, modify, and test code for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems</p><p>&bull; Analyze, diagnose, and repair all PLC programs and backups to prevent catastrophic failures</p><p>&bull; Analyze, diagnose, and repair all HVAC system malfunctions; assist line technicians and maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and repair</p><p>&bull; Collaborate with engineering, project managers, and end-users to effectively recommend control system requirements and specifications</p><p>&bull; Network data communications to SCADA Vlan to receive process control and automation data on production machinery</p><p>&bull; Program and maintain SCADA network using Factorytalk Historian</p><p>&bull; Maintain computer IP network for production equipment and facility data collection</p><p>&bull; Analyze, diagnose, and repair electrical problems with facility equipment</p><p>&bull; Maintain all current electrical systems and provide expert advice to upper management on potential failure points</p><p>&bull; Assist with continuous improvement and offer automation support</p><p>&bull; Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel</p><p>&bull; Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products</p><p>&bull; Perform other job-related duties as assigned</p><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)&nbsp;</strong></p>&bull; Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a technical or engineering field<br><br><p>&bull; 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment</p><p>&bull; 2+ years of PLC programming experience</p><p>&bull; Thorough understanding of electrical theory and mechanical operations</p><p>&bull; Ability to ensure processes, construction, installation, PLC/HMI programming, and operational requirements meet specifications, codes, and end-user expectations</p><p>&bull; Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failure vs. programming failure</p><p>&bull; Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics</p><p>&bull; Ability to receive and retain instructional information</p><p>&bull; Familiarity with lockout/tagout</p><p>&bull; Strong general computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software quickly and accurately</p><p>&bull; Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, explain, and facilitate</p><p>&bull; Strong attention to detail with a high degree of thoroughness and accuracy</p><p>&bull; Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and work effectively under demanding deadlines</p><p>RISE123</p><p>MON123</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
