We recognize our employees hard work and dedication are the driving force of our success, and we continually look for ways to reward them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Design Center is looking to find <u>experienced hard working professionals</u> to join our team of <strong>Kitchen & Bath Designers!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>$19.00 - $21.00 per hour starting rate depending on experience!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to execute functional design and layout solutions for Kitchen and Bath Design. To engage in face to face, phone, and electronic sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Design Layout and Product Selection</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define the scope of the project</li>\n <li>Plan the functional aspects and the visual look of the desired space</li>\n <li>Design plan layout and product selection</li>\n <li>Generate preliminary computer and or hand designs</li>\n <li>Order product and schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and to maintain the profitability of the sale</li>\n <li>Customer Service</li>\n <li>Understand the marketplace and know product features</li>\n <li>Quote follow up- quote to order conversion</li>\n <li>Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Consistent Schedules</li>\n <li>Motivated employees will be appropriately rewarded on an annual basis </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must have Experience with 2020 Design Software</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree in Interior Design</li>\n <li>Professional Certification related to position being considered (i.e., NKBA - National Kitchen & Bath Association).</li>\n <li>2 years of experience designing interior space for customers through the use of 20/20 </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
