    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Senior Electrical Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Construction and works closely with Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a Director role at this time. However, it is a critical leadership position supporting the continued growth of the company's electrical capabilities and may evolve as the company’s electrical portfolio expands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary range of $150,000-$185,000 with required travel 25% of the time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Electrical Operations & Execution </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide senior-level oversight of electrical construction activities across utility scale solar projects.</li>\n <li>Support execution of MV and LV electrical systems including collection systems, inverters, transformers, grounding, and associated infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Assist with constructability reviews, sequencing strategies, and productivity planning.</li>\n <li>Provide field support as needed; prior field experience is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development & Estimating Support </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Business Development and Estimating teams during bid and proposal phases.</li>\n <li>Review electrical scopes, drawings, and specifications to validate labor, production rates, material quantities, and schedule assumptions.</li>\n <li>Identify execution risks, cost drivers, and opportunities to improve bid accuracy and competitiveness.</li>\n <li>Support project handoff from preconstruction to execution to ensure bid assumptions align with field plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Procurement, Cost & Schedule Management </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with procurement planning for electrical materials, equipment, and subcontracted scopes.</li>\n <li>Support identification and management of cost-saving opportunities and schedule risks.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with operations and project teams to address material availability, lead times, and execution impacts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Systems & Procore </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain in-depth working knowledge of Procore.</li>\n <li>Support consistent use of Procore for daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change events, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Help standardize electrical workflows and reporting within Procore.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and manage the Electrical Team, including Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.</li>\n <li>Support hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring electrical personnel.</li>\n <li>Ensure required training, certifications, and continuing education are maintained.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SOPs, SWIs & Continuous Improvement </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs, SWIs, and electrical means and methods.</li>\n <li>Drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience in electrical construction; utility-scale solar experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of MV and LV electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Proven experience supporting estimating, BD, or preconstruction teams.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of Procore required.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of NEC, NESC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E.</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 required; Journeyman or Master Electrician</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
