    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Main Responsibilities, Requirements, and Competencies</strong><br><strong>Essential Functions of Job:</strong><br>\n &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide direct input to the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) by doing the following:<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide manufacturing feasibility assessments for product design, engineering changes, scope changes and quality concerns.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Project manage the procurement and acceptance of required equipment &amp; tooling.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitate the implementation of production equipment/tooling into the manufacturing facility and any corresponding technical training.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete Process FMEA and manage RPN risks.<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong><br>\n &nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the product, process, equipment and tooling strategies for potential ergonomic concerns and manage action items to resolve.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support customer part needs through pilot, testing, run-at-rate and internal process sign offs.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and support continuous improvement projects.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Essential Common Requirements for all Employees</strong>:</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;International Operating System (IOS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related IOS requirements.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Environmental, Health &amp;
