We’re looking for a <strong>Manufacturing Manager</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people just as much as improving operations.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between the production floor and strategic planning conversations — a leader who understands manufacturing fundamentals, values collaboration, and knows how to build a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As <strong>Manufacturing Manager</strong>, you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations while helping shape the future of the facility through process improvements, workforce development, and operational excellence initiatives.</p><p>You’ll:</p><ul><li>Lead and support production teams across manufacturing operations</li><li>Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance</li><li>Manage production planning, staffing, workflow, and equipment utilization</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality teams</li><li>Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Coach, develop, and mentor team members and frontline leadership</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, material flow, and manufacturing capabilities</li><li>Support innovation, new technologies, and operational growth initiatives</li><li>Use data, KPIs, and operational metrics to make informed business decisions</li><li>Help create a culture where communication, accountability, and teamwork matter</li></ul>",
