          "text": "<p>We are looking for a Senior System Safety Engineer with practical expertise in safety/mission critical embedded systems to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation electric or autonomous on-road and off-road vehicles.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain system architectures and models using <strong>Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)</strong> methodologies and <strong>SysML</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>hazard analysis</strong> and<strong> risk assessments</strong> to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards throughout the system lifecycle.</li><li>Develop and maintain Functional Safety Concept (<strong>FSC</strong>) and Technical Safety Concept (<strong>TSC</strong>) in alignment with <strong>ISO 26262</strong> and related standards.</li><li><strong>Define safety goals and requirements</strong> for hardware, software, and system-level components.</li><li>Drive fail-operational strategies, redundancy concepts, and fallback modes for <strong>EV </strong>and <strong>AV </strong>systems.</li><li>Perform safety analyses, including <strong>FMEA</strong>, <strong>FTA </strong>and <strong>DFA</strong>, to evaluate system safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Review and assess <strong>functional safety work products</strong> for compliance with ISO 26262 and related standards.</li><li>Participate in technical discussion as part of business development efforts.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.</li><li>10+ years experience in system safety engineering, with a focus on automotive systems or industrial systems.</li><li>Experience with MBSE tools (SysML, Matlab Simulink) and MIL/SIL testing</li><li>Experience in hazard analysis and risk assessments (HARA / HAZOP)</li><li>Experience in system safety analysis type FMEA and FTA.</li><li>Experience with at least one of these standards: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, IEC 62061</li><li>Experience in functional safety for requirement engineering, E/E architecture and integration with mechanical systems</li><li>Knowledge of electric vehicle safety (high-voltage systems, battery safety).</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability reach out the client.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred skills :</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Brake systems, steering systems, and powertrain safety</li><li>Knowledge of high-voltage system safety and battery management systems, thermal management and charging systems safety.</li><li>Certification in functional safety (e.g., TÜV Functional Safety Engineer) is a plus.</li></ul>",
