This role requires exceptional leadership, writing, organization, staff/team development, and time-management skills, along with the ability to collaborate across service lines and geographic regions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise, mentor, and support a team of proposal coordinators to ensure consistent quality, workload balance, and professional growth.</li>\n <li>Oversee the full proposal lifecycle — from opportunity racking and go/no-go evaluation through strategy, writing, review, production, and delivery.</li>\n <li>Partner with technical staff, practice leaders, and business development teams to develop winning strategies and pursuit materials.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment with firm brand standards and messaging.</li>\n <li>Manage workload scheduling to meet multiple concurrent deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Lead the preparation of federal and state forms, including SF254, SF255, and SF330.</li>\n <li>Maintain and enhance firmwide proposal tools, templates, and best practices for continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Contribute to data management and reporting efforts within Microsoft Dynamics ensuring accurate marketing and pursuit records.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with leadership on key strategic pursuits and business development initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 - 12 years relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</li>\n</ul>",
