          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><p>Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to&#xa0;fill a <strong>General Warehouse Associate</strong> position at our Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA location for <strong>B Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30PM)</strong>, Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. If you’re looking for a hands-on opportunity where your warehouse experience makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products</li><li>Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology</li><li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively</li><li>Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines</li><li>Participate in team/safety meetings</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>Certification in&#xa0;Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP</li><li>1-2 years’ experience in distribution or warehouse setting</li><li>Ability to shift operational priorities and business needs</li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
