As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer</span>, you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the security of crucial data, optimizing IT infrastructure, and simplifying business processes through cutting-edge software systems. Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Server OS related issues to ensure optimal performance and availability of Windows Servers.</li>\n<li>Upgrade outdated servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.</li>\n<li>Utilize extensive vSphere Operations experience to effectively manage and maintain our virtualization environment. Familiarity and experience with OVF Templates for efficient deployment is required.</li>\n<li>Utilize GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation, ensuring streamlined and efficient deployment processes.</li>\n<li>Moderate background in SCCM/ConfigMgr with experience in application/package creation and deployment. Experience in Software Update Group (SUG) creation and deployment is necessary.</li>\n<li>Setup, manage, and deploy monthly patching for Windows Server 2012-2022, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.<br></li>\n<li>Perform IAVA remediation and STIG hardening on OS Server builds.</li>\n<li>Complete Incident and Change Request tickets utilizing ServiceNow.</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both new personnel as well as Operations staff to utilize for troubleshooting purposes.</li>\n<li>Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security products such as HBSS, Nessus Agent (ACAS), and Carbon Black.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education/Experience</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in Windows Server administration, including operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Group Policies (GPOs) and Active Directory (ADUC) with experience in other Microsoft server administration tools.</li>\n<li>Background/experience in PowerShell in order to automate tasks a plus.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in upgrading servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions, with a focus on compliancy requirements.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of vSphere Operations, including management and deployment using OVF Templates.</li>\n<li>Experience with GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation is highly desirable.</li>\n<li>Moderate background in SCCM/ConfigMgr, including application/package creation and deployment, as well as Software Update Group (SUG) creation and deployment.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to perform setup, management, and deployment of monthly patching for Windows Server 2012-2022.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex Server OS related issues efficiently.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-site enterprise environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Join Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
