          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in the civil and water resources engineering areas.</li><li>MN Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain the license within 6 months.</li><li>Basic understanding of water resources and associated regulations in Minnesota.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Superior problem solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Solid critical thinking skills, along with attention to detail.</li><li>Positive attitude under pressure, strong team player, responsible, and self-motivated.</li><li>Excellent leadership and project management skills.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.</li><li>Valid driver’s license in good standing with availability for periodic travel.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
