          "text": "<p>We are seeking a mid-level to senior-level candidate in&#xa0;<strong>Structural Engineering</strong>&#xa0;with a of minimum eight to ten&#xa0;years of experience in the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures with both new and existing construction for our Orange County office. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Perform and may oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.</li><li>May lead a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to execute structural designs.</li><li>Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.</li><li>Interest and ability to advance to a senior engineer or project manager position.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with computer analysis software systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable consulting architectural practices.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain a strong team of professionals and support staff within a cooperative multidiscipline office performing at a high level of satisfaction to clients.</li><li>Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>B.S. degree in Civil or Structural engineering required.</li><li>Master’s degree in structural engineering preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of professional experience the structural design of buildings or similar structures. Experience in DSA and/or HCAI projects preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</strong></p><p><strong>Approximate Base Salary –&#xa0;$95,000 - $140,000.00 based on experience</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance</li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule&#xa0;<em>(subject to change)</em></li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</strong></p>",
