The shifts could be scheduled between 8am - midnight, every day of the year including holidays.</p><p><strong>Pr</strong><strong>i</strong><strong>ncipal</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintenance and Repair of Ripley&#39;s Odditorium, Mini Gold, and Ancient Market&nbsp;</li><li>Keeping&nbsp;the&nbsp;entire&nbsp;grounds&nbsp;outside&nbsp;the&nbsp;facility&nbsp;clean&nbsp;and&nbsp;free&nbsp;of&nbsp;trash,&nbsp;gum,&nbsp;stray&nbsp;pine&nbsp;straw,&nbsp;etc.</li><li>Maintenance and repair of exhibits.</li><li>Maintenance&nbsp;and&nbsp;repair&nbsp;of&nbsp;building&nbsp;including&nbsp;restrooms.</li><li>Maintenance&nbsp;and&nbsp;repair&nbsp;of&nbsp;turnstile&nbsp;and&nbsp;POS&nbsp;equipment.</li><li>Maintenance&nbsp;of&nbsp;HVAC&nbsp;units.</li><li>Custodial&nbsp;duties&nbsp;including:<ol><li>Vacuuming carpet.</li><li>Cleaning toilets&amp; urinals.</li><li>Dusting silk plants, signs, walls, lights, etc.</li><li>Cleaning up accidents.</li><li>Cleaning windows &amp; mirrors.</li><li>Cleaning acrylic.</li></ol></li><li id=\"isPasted\">Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices, including safety.</li><li>Other duties, as deemed necessary by management.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Essential</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills/</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Re</strong><strong>quirement</strong><strong>s:</strong></p><p>1. Ability to follow company standards in repairing and maintaining exhibits.</p><p>2. Must be energetic, courteous and professional.</p><p>3. Must be knowledgeable of all Ripley attractions.</p><p>4. Ability to retain information on maintenance logs and schedules for cleaning and maintaining equipment.</p><p>5. Ability to operate and use all equipment and tools.</p><p>6. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.</p><p>7. Ability to stand for periods of 7-8 hours.</p><p>8. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel in order to address maintenance needs.</p><p>9. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.</p><p>10.
