Apply today!</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Manages assigned Visual Inspection, Labelling and Packaging operations which include product visual inspection and packaging.</li><li>Provide strong leadership with a focus on creating/maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication, performance management, accountability, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Generates, updates, and maintains documentation associated with manufacturing areas.</li><li>Interacts constructively with employees, managers, and cross-functional peers.</li><li>Actively trains, coaches, and develops direct reports.</li><li>Supervises area personnel performance, including compliance with SOP, cGMP, and safety regulations.</li><li>Actively involved in avoiding/minimizing, troubleshooting, and resolving production problems by ensuring resources, tools and equipment are available.</li><li>Interacts with all supporting departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Facilities &amp; Engineering, Technical Services, etc.) to ensure production problems are addressed promptly and with quality considerations.</li><li>Performs deviation investigations related to assigned area of responsibility along with implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of such deviations.</li><li>Routinely suggest and implement new, innovative solutions focused on continuous improvement.</li><li>Assists in arranging weekly production schedule, including the scheduling of process and equipment validations.</li><li>Prepares production-monitoring reports and participates in analysis of product cost and budgeting process.</li><li>Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding capital expenditures and efficiency improvements in manufacturing areas.</li><li>Assists with hiring and interviewing of new employees. Provides coaching and counseling to area personnel. Conducts performance evaluations and sets objectives and performance standards for area personnel.</li><li>Manage staffing levels, budget spending, financial and cost center responsibilities.</li><li>Other duties and tasks as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Necessary Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Engineering.</li><li>5-7 years leadership experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards. &nbsp;</li><li>Advanced problem solving such as Six Sigma and Lean training, Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience in making operational improvements.</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.</li><li>Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, proficient in the use of spreadsheets and word processing programs.</li><li>Excellent at bringing others together and reconciling differences effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental &amp;
