    "description_html": "<p>Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Responsible for diagnosing and providing quality vehicle repairs while maximizing personal productivity. Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance and installations efficiently, safely and according to Ford’s quality and time standards. Complies with Ford and dealership safety and environmental programs and practices.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Perform basic care and routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner-changes, front-end alignments, battery installations, etc.</p><p>· Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.</p><p>· Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.</p><p>· Perform any and all repairs and service as indicated on vehicle inspection report or repair estimate order.</p><p>· Disassemble and reassemble parts</p><p>· Maintain all personal and company provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition.</p><p>· Maintain technical skills</p><p>· Comply with OSHA, federal, state and local laws regarding safety, hazardous materials and environmental materials.</p><p>· Communicate with parts associates and service advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hours:</strong></p><p>The Service Department is open during the following hours:</p><p>Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p><p>Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ol><li>&nbsp;Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid coverage with a variety of plan options to fit your needs, including medical plans featuring a $0 deductible and $0 copay upon completion of a baseline visit.</li><li>401(K) Plan: 401(k) plan with a company match of 50% up to 4% of your salary.</li><li>Life Insurance: 100% employer-paid life insurance policy of $50,000 with no medical exams required.</li><li>Paid Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation in the first year of service, with a rollover of 40 hours and a max cash out of 40 hours.</li><li>Sick leave 3 paid days per service year – 100% employer paid.</li><li>Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year, including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.</li><li>Other Perks: 5-day workweek for sales, parts, and administration positions, 90-day &amp; annual 1-on-1 performance evaluations, and employee discounts on new vehicles, parts, and services.</li></ol>",
