    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Roles/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Support our electronics manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating SMT equipment to produce high-quality circuit board assemblies, while maintaining safety, quality, and production efficiency standards.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Set up and operate SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens</li><li>Load feeders, components, and program jobs per work instructions and production schedule</li><li>Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks</li><li>Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and output</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, jams, or placement defects</li><li>Verify correct parts, lot numbers, and configurations per BOM and build documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation</li><li>Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance</li><li>Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues quickly</li><li>Follow all safety&nbsp;procedures, ESD requirements, and clean workspace standards (5S)</li><li>Must be able to work 2nd shift hours.&nbsp; M-TH 4p - 2:30a.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>1+ year experience operating SMT equipment preferred (training may be provided for strong candidates)</li><li>Ability to read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and basic assembly drawings</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25&ndash;50] pounds as needed</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>ESD practices</strong> and electronics manufacturing standards is a plus</li><li>Must be US Person</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
