Start a career with us today!\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable TIG Welder to join our team on 1st Shift. This position works within our fabrication and machining shop and plays an important role in producing high-quality metal components and assemblies. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and is comfortable working from blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will utilize TIG welding and other welding methods to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components to meet production and quality standards. Work may involve a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized metals. Candidates should have experience with common welding processes such as GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), SMAW, and SAW, along with the ability to accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of fabrication practices, and a commitment to producing quality work in a team-oriented environment.
