    "description": "<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br />\nThe Rodbuster is responsible for assembling and installing reinforcing steel (rebar) used in concrete construction projects such as foundations, slabs, columns, bridges, and other structures. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structural integrity and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.</h3>\n\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and rebar schedules</li>\n\t<li>Measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel using appropriate tools and equipment</li>\n\t<li>Install rebar, wire mesh, and post-tension cables in accordance with design specifications</li>\n\t<li>Secure rebar in place using wire, clips, or welds prior to concrete pours</li>\n\t<li>Work with cranes or rigging equipment to position heavy materials</li>\n\t<li>Inspect rebar installations to ensure proper alignment, spacing, and structural integrity</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with supervisors, concrete crews, and other trades on-site</li>\n\t<li>Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to lift, carry, and position materials weighing up to 75+ pounds</li>\n\t<li>Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods</li>\n\t<li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>Work Environment:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Active construction site&nbsp;with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Competitive hourly wage based on experience</li>\n\t<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n",
