          "text": "<p><strong>Role: Lead STIBO MDM Developer</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Houston, TX-Onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Type: Contract</strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Configuration &amp; Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.</li><li>Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.</li><li>Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.</li><li>Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Stibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.</li><li>MDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.</li><li>Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.</li><li>Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Desirable Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Stibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.</li><li>Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
