          "text": "<p>AHRC NYC is looking for a <strong>full-time bilingual/Spanish</strong><strong>&#xa0;Job Coach&#xa0;</strong>who are compassionate and have the ability to work with a flexible schedule. The Job Coach will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities <strong>in the Bronx</strong>. This role offers a personalized schedule, based on your availability and the needs of the individuals we serve.</p><p>Enjoy the freedom of a personalized work schedule while making a meaningful impact!</p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour, depending on education level...</strong>plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.</p><p><strong>Schedule: 40 hours per week...schedule flexibility a must&#xa0;</strong>with hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.</p><p><u><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of around 10-20&#xa0;clients, primarily in the field&#xa0;<strong>(majority of time spent at job sites).</strong></li><li>Teach, assist, and support new workers in their jobs using techniques such as demonstration of tasks, modeling, counseling, observation, and discussion.</li><li>Provide training and support to workers with disabilities, ensuring their success in their roles.</li><li>Travel to route new workers from home to job sites.</li><li>Write detailed service notes after each session to monitor client progress and outcomes.</li></ul>",
