We offer excellent opportunities for career development to those who are committed and strive for excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the CTO, AI consultant, and development team to design and deploy robust, scalable AI/ML architectures</li>\n<li>Develop, train, and maintain AI models, data pipelines, and integrations with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms</li>\n<li>Experiment with new LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar)</li>\n<li>Lead hands-on development/ prototyping of LLM-based applications, intelligent agents, and automation workflows</li>\n<li>Define AI architecture standards, establish model governance, and contribute to the long-term AI strategy in collaboration with the CTO</li>\n<li>Partner with business and technical leaders to translate strategic AI goals into actionable engineering initiatives</li>\n<li>Design systems for high availability, scalability, and efficient deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li>\n<li>Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and playbooks for deployment and scaling of AI solutions</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in AI engineering</li>\n<li>Stay at the forefront of emerging AI frameworks, APIs, and tools, bringing forward practical innovations to enhance our products and systems<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10+ years of professional software development experience required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years of building or designing AI/ML systems is required</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar programming languages</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt orchestration</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and cloud ecosystems</li>\n<li>Experience developing and integrating data pipelines, APIs, and AI inference service</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills</li>\n<li>Ability to balance hands-on technical work with high-level system design and strategic planning</li>\n<li>Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends<br></li>\n<li>Must reside and be authorized to work in USA</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Experior Financial Group Inc. can offer you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation and a comprehensive total rewards package, including an employee group savings program, and group benefits coverage (health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance), as well as access to mental health supports and an Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n<li>Growing organization with long-term career opportunities.</li>\n<li>Remote opportunities available.</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development to help you grow your skills.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals and leaders.</li>\n<li>Collaborative, supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.</li>\n<li>Culture built on integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range - $180,000 - $200,000 USD annually</span></p>\n<p>The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment.
