Pool Monitors check in residents to the Recreation Center to ensure they are authorized for access to the facilities. Pool Monitors enforce the posted rules and regulations of the Recreation Center to provide a safe, family-friendly environment. If swimmers do get into difficulties, the attendant takes appropriate measures to rescue them and administers first aid.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provides excellent guest service.</li><li>Verifies homeowners as they enter pool facilities</li><li>Performs safety check and performs first aid as needed.</li><li>Keeps pool areas clean (Pick up and properly dispose of trash, clean leaves/ debris from splash pad skimmer baskets, skims leaves or surface debris from water as needed)</li><li>Monitors maintenance of pool area (Cleanliness of water and pool deck, restrooms, showers, furniture, etc.) and reports quality concerns to management office.</li><li>Ensures there is no running or rough-housing on the pools or on the decks (engage residents directly with courtesy and respect – do not yell from a distance or use bullhorn)</li><li>Enforces all posted rules and regulations as outlined in the pool and splash park guidelines.</li><li>Closes the pool</li></ul>",
