This role will collaborate with a diverse team of Site Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. This role involves overseeing daily onsite operations, managing project budgets, and providing regular progress reports to the Regional Operations Manager ROM). Additionally, the Senior PM ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards, while also mentoring project managers and supporting company growth.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Essential Position Functions<br></u></strong></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lead the planning and execution of multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff while aligning estimating, operations, and field execution.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manage a portfolio of projects representing approximately $10M&ndash;$25M+ in annual revenue with full responsibility for profitability, forecasting, and cost control.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review and approve project financials including budgets, billing, job cost reports, forecasts, change orders, and risk exposure.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Serve as the primary company representative with general contractors, managing subcontract agreements, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with other trades.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lead direct-to-owner projects by coordinating with architects, engineers, and facility representatives while providing scheduling, planning, and communication typically handled by a general contractor.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manage projects in occupied K-12 school environments, coordinating work around school calendars, phased construction schedules, and summer shutdowns while maintaining safety and minimal disruption.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Develop project schedules, oversee procurement of major equipment and materials, and lead coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Identify scope changes early and manage pricing, negotiation, and approval of change orders while ensuring contract compliance and protecting company interests.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Build strong client relationships and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers while ensuring successful commissioning, punch list completion, documentation, and warranty turnover.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Note: &nbsp;The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
