Discover an extraordinary career opportunity that combines competitive pay with outstanding benefits.&nbsp;</p><align-center><br></align-center><align-center><em><strong>Apply now so we can make a lasting impact together!</strong></em>&nbsp;</align-center><align-center><br></align-center><p><strong>General Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>This is an Internship position.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Operate as a member of the Community Services team, providing services to clients in the areas of Homeless Prevention and Transitional and Rapid Rehousing programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned within the guidelines of this position.</li></ol><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ol><li>Meet with individuals in the office and in community settings including home visits to provide case management to program participants.</li><li>Assist with quality review processes.</li><li>Ability to relate well to families and individuals in crisis situations.</li><li>Must demonstrate fundamental communication and problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with co-workers, other community agencies, and constructively with persons from all ethnic, racial, and social backgrounds.</li><li>Conduct Homeless Prevention Assessments and related documentation for that program</li><li>Provide Case Management for Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing clients, including service planning, social histories and other supportive services.&nbsp;</li><li>Learn office phone system including providing occasional coverage for reception absences.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage in research impacting client needs and compiling data reports.</li><li>Conducts Landlord Engagement and works with prospective landlords for housing.</li></ol>",
