The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare, technology, and software, as well as experience building and progressing an evolving pipeline.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new bookings and revenue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and report on sales goals, targets, and progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the U.S. team to deploy new initiatives and improve existing processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Efficiently manage a multi-state sales territory for maximum market penetration and new business development. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor market, industry, and competitor activity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate sales campaigns & assist with messaging development</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong product demonstration, closing and negotiation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with coworkers, clients, prospects, and partners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Humble and curious approach to learning, demonstrated openness to learning new skills, an ability to learn quickly and willingness to readily ask for assistance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Intermediate CRM proficiency (Sales Force preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Sales & Marketing automation tools, such as Sales Loft, XANt, etc. to support sales campaigns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent verbal & written communication skills, as well as engaging presentation abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with unknowns in a start-up environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Prior Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years sales experience in a healthcare setting. Ideally, experience with health systems and hospitals with a long and complex sales cycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desirable: Prior SaaS or software experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or certifications in healthcare-related areas a plus </span></li>\n</ul>",
