We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>MOR PPM Inc. is seeking craft plant support in Catawba, SC.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude to perform equipment repairs and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.</li>\n <li>Adjust equipment setting to optimize the separation process.</li>\n <li>Dispose of waste materials according to your discretion.</li>\n <li>Able to operate the equipment for disposal of material. </li>\n <li>Attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Able to notice the change in the effluent and material and what to do with that change.</li>\n <li>Able to report on issues or changes throughout the day.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of how valves operate </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school education or equivalent</li>\n <li>Basic mechanical knowledge.</li>\n <li>Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task</li>\n <li>1-2 years experience in a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Occasional lifting of items weighting a maximum of 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb stairwells up to 15 levels high.</li>\n <li>Ability to ascend and descend ladders (step, extension, cage) up to 24’ high.</li>\n <li>Able to walk at a normal pace for up to 15 continuous minutes.</li>\n <li>Able to work from a standing position for 8-12 hours.</li>\n <li>Ability to twist and bend on a recurring basis.</li>\n <li>Weather conditions that can be expected are wet, humid, heat and cold, bright/dim light, traffic, heights, dusts, and pollen.</li>\n <li>The job requires normal visual acuity, field vision, hearing, speaking, color perception, sense of smell, depth perception, and texture perception.</li>\n <li>Some environments are in a high noise and vibrating area.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
