This position will be replacing a departing physician, offering immediate patient volume, strong referral support, and access to advanced surgical technology, allowing you to focus on comprehensive orthopedic care within a collaborative and well-established practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Quick Facts</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Full-Time employed position with a hospital-affiliated group• Staff includes four Surgeons, two APPs, and full clinical support staff• 1:5 call rotation• Established and growing patient base with immediate demand• Advanced surgical technology including robotics and modern EMR</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Provide comprehensive clinic-based and surgical care to adult patient population• Perform a full range of orthopedic procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery and trauma• Manage outpatient clinic and inpatient consults• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives/bonuses• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance• Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement • PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility • Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery• Active or eligible Texas medical license• Robotics experience preferred but not required. <strong>Additional experience/interest in Trauma/Trauma call strongly preferred</strong>.• Interest in a community-based, full-scope orthopedic practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Texoma Medical Center is a <strong>414-bed regional referral center</strong> serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
