    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Early Careers Program Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team. This role is located in New York, NY or Lake Mary, FL.&nbsp;</p><p>The Early Careers Program Manager owns delivery of assigned pathways or client groups across BNY’s Early Careers programs. This role&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;executing key program&nbsp;milestones, supporting participants and managers, and driving operational excellence across the program experience. The role is also expected to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and implement improvements that simplify ways of working, strengthen execution, and use technology to improve processes and the participant experience.&nbsp;</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>End-to-end program delivery</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Own delivery of assigned pathways or client groups across key program milestones including&nbsp;prehire&nbsp;engagement, onboarding, induction, learning and development, performance checkpoints, and program completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as&nbsp;primary&nbsp;point of contact for assigned interns, analysts, and managers, fostering engagement, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate program activities, timelines, communications, and deliverables for assigned pathways or client groups to ensure&nbsp;a consistent&nbsp;experience and strong execution at each stage.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with managers to confirm role expectations, placement details, and participant support needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and transitions throughout the program lifecycle.&nbsp;</li><li>Support delivery of learning, engagement, and development experiences aligned to program&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and core skill development.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder and manager enablement</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Build effective working relationships with managers, business stakeholders, and partner teams to support delivery of assigned pathways or client groups.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clear and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;updates to stakeholders on program milestones, participant progress, and items requiring action or escalation.&nbsp;</li><li>Support managers with guidance, communications, and tools that help them create&nbsp;a strong&nbsp;experience for interns and analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate recurring meetings for assigned pathways or client groups to review upcoming deliverables, address issues, and drive follow-up actions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Performance management and talent planning</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Execute performance&nbsp;processes for assigned cohorts, including goal tracking, feedback checkpoints, calibration support, and end-of-program evaluations.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor participant progress,&nbsp;identify&nbsp;risks or support needs, and partner with managers and stakeholders to take&nbsp;timely&nbsp;action.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;documentation and follow-up actions related to performance and talent decisions for assigned groups.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Data, insights, and continuous improvement</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Use program data, participant feedback, and operational insights to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;trends, improve participant experience, and strengthen delivery across assigned pathways or client groups.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive operational excellence by&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;process improvements, simplifying activities, and standardizing tools, templates, and ways of working to improve quality and efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Use technology and digital tools to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and support a more efficient and engaging program experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement changes that improve execution across assigned programs and contribute practical solutions that advance the Early Careers team’s overall ways of working.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain program documentation, reporting, and governance requirements with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and compliance.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>5&nbsp;years&nbsp;in early talent programs, recruiting, program management, learning, talent development, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience owning and delivering programs or projects with accountability for execution and outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience improving processes and using data, reporting, and technology to strengthen delivery and efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency&nbsp;with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
