    "description": "<p><strong>*Offering a $5000 bonus!*</strong></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\"><strong>Location:</strong> State Farm, VA, the Transitional Women&rsquo;s Work Release Program (TWWR) mission is to teach low-security level inmates who are 4-10 months from release of incarceration effective coping skills to lead a pro-social, drug-free life and assist those eligible to obtain employment in the community.</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\"><strong>Schedule:</strong> Hours will vary </span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\"><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$18.33/hour</span></span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Health, dental, vision insurance/additional voluntary insurances</li>\n\t<li>Company-paid life insurance/employee assistance programs</li>\n\t<li>Generous paid time off accrual</li>\n\t<li>Tuition reimbursement/loan repayment options</li>\n\t<li>401k with company match up to 7%!</li>\n\t<li>Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">The <strong>Transportation Officer</strong> is responsible for:</span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Providing transportation for clients to and from the facility and employment in the community.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Conducting visual inspections of vehicles at the beginning of each shift documenting any issues or concerns using the Spectrum Daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Logging all trips and mileage keeping an accurate accounting of each trip, individuals present in the vehicle, purpose of transportation, beginning and ending mileage, the date and time of day.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Bringing vehicles for routine maintenance and service and directed by the Program Director.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Addressing program participant issues, concerns, and inappropriate behaviors promptly while providing transportation.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Reporting traffic violations, parking tickets, accidents, and any other issue to the Program Director immediately.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Completing assigned driver safety training within 30 days of employment.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Serving as role-model/mentor for offenders while maintaining professional boundaries.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:#201f1e\">Reporting infractions of work release program rules, issues at work and other behavioral issues to the Program Director immediately as identified.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n",
