          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT’S THE JOB?</strong></p><p>The Master Plumber is the licensed plumbing authority responsible for the safe, code‑compliant operation and maintenance of all plumbing systems at a large workforce accommodations facility in the State of Texas.</p><p>The site consists of temporary, modular, hardwall structures configured into a complex that supports housing, washrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities, and common spaces for a rotating workforce. In addition to licensed plumbing work, the role supports general facilities maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.</p><p>This position requires an active Texas Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) and strict compliance with Texas plumbing codes and standards.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE</strong></p><p>Plumbing Systems &amp; Code Compliance</p><ul><li>Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for the facility, ensuring compliance with:<ul><li>Texas State Plumbing Code</li><li>Applicable municipal requirements</li></ul></li><li>Install, inspect, repair, service, and maintain plumbing systems, including:<ul><li>Domestic water distribution</li><li>Drainage, waste, and vent (DWV) systems</li><li>Hot water systems and heaters</li><li>Fixtures, valves, pumps, and backflow prevention</li></ul></li><li>Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and system failures</li><li>Ensure plumbing systems serving temporary and modular structures operate safely and reliably</li><li>Supervise and verify plumbing work performed by apprentices, journeymen, or contractors as permitted by Texas law.</li></ul><p><strong>Facilities Maintenance Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support general facilities maintenance activities related to plumbing infrastructure</li><li>Perform routine inspections to identify deficiencies or risks</li><li>Respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls</li><li>Coordinate with other trades, maintenance staff, and subcontractors</li><li>Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions</li></ul><p><strong>Safety, Leadership &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all plumbing work is performed in accordance with <strong>site safety programs</strong></li><li>Enforce lock‑out/tag‑out and confined‑space procedures where applicable</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews</li><li>Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel</li></ul>",
