You can help achieve this goal if you can: Monitor and respond to alarms from Valero I/S infrastructure and applications. Open and facilitate support calls with third party providers. Create, monitor, and troubleshoot scheduled jobs. Resolve incidents independently and assist with complex incident troubleshooting and resolution. Execute well-documented operational tasks transitioned from Level 2/3 teams. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and automate repetitive tasks. Windows Server administration experience PowerShell scripting experience VMware vSphere or other hypervisor experience BMC Control-M Workload Automation experience OpenText Operations Bridge, Network Node Manager, Network Automation or SMAX experience Modern data protection platforms (e.g., Rubrik, Cohesity) experience Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
