font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES</span></h2><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Manage up to three client engagements in Business Strategy Execution, Operating Model Design, Workforce Configuration and Talent Management.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Guide the development and execution of analytical work plans to prove or refute hypotheses that support and drive to the strategic goals of each client engagement.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead and facilitate the ideation, diagnosis, and design of high-impact solutions, leveraging your business acumen and critical thinking applied to different industries.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Oversee the successful delivery of work across several large-scale engagements, balancing competing priorities and resource needs while ensuring high quality deliverables for clients.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develop general consulting and technical competencies in more junior resources to help build firm capability and capacity.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Build high impact data visualizations and executive-level narratives to create compelling storylines that build understanding and align stakeholders around recommendations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Undergraduate degree in engineering, economics, science, data analytics or other domains that provide a good grounding in logical and critical thinking.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft a compelling narrative tailored to meet the needs of different audiences.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Capable of modeling complex business scenarios in Excel to explore different potential solutions and their implications on business goals.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Experience serving and presenting to Executive level clients and teams&nbsp;directly.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Skilled in ideating and performing hypothesis-driven analysis and visualization using BI solutions (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
