This position will support multiple PGI physical security contracts across the United States. &nbsp;This position reports to the Security Systems Administrator</p><p><br></p><p>The<strong>&nbsp;Data Automation Analyst</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>will be primarily responsible for QA of automation systems. Design, innovate, and monitor systems which require expertise in automation for cloud-based computing applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Data Automation Analyst will be responsible for the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide detailed reporting for both internal and external customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the implementation and updates of data requests for programs, integrating PGI platforms.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across multiple domains, including:<ol><li>Training programs, CGF examinations, and employee profiles.</li><li>Operations within PGI Smartsheet applications.</li><li>Backend and frontend workflows, such as dashboards and aggregated data sheets.</li></ol></li><li>Deliver regular updates and introduce innovative features to enhance PGI workflow processes.</li><li>Provide strategic insights into best practices, workflow status, and backend project health.</li><li>Manage data analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to drive informed decision-making.</li><li>Support data management related to employee scheduling, time sheets, and PTO processes.</li><li>Conduct both physical and digital training for CGF and perform project health assessments from the employee perspective.</li><li>Manage both internal and customer labor reporting using Excel and scheduling software.</li><li>Partner with Finance and execute opportunities to provide process improvements.</li><li>Support month-end program control duties and ad-hoc requests from the Finance team.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience working in a high-tempo operations environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Must have a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills</li><li>High level of confidentiality, discretion, and ability to protect PGI proprietary and personnel information.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, function effectively under pressure and demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, understand the English language, apply written rules, instructions, and other materials.</li><li>A minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic random drug screening as well as a background check.</li><li>A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.</li><li>Excels at operating in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field.</li><li>U.S. Citizenship</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficient in the use of Smartsheet premium addons such as Bridge, DynamicView, Pivot, Calendar, DataMesh, and DataShuttle.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Excel and Smartsheet.</li><li>Proficient in tools such as N8N, Zite, and REST APIs.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong><u>Patriot Group International Inc.</u></strong> is a global mission support service provider with expeditionary capabilities, providing services to select clients within the intelligence, defense, and private sectors. &nbsp;PGI is a veteran-owned and operated company with experience performing in over 50 countries, including austere and high-threat environments.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>DISCLAIMER:</u></strong><br>&nbsp;Patriot Group International Inc. is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
