to meet Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, LLC business goals.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:115%;\">Essential Functions:</span></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Provides leadership and direction to hourly quality assurance staff.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Maintains accurate business records.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Develops training programs to provide growth for the quality assurance staff. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Provides for coaching, development and when necessary discipline. &nbsp;Appraises performance of assigned staff as to their performance with appropriate feedback.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Ensures that sanitation, food safety and other regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Provides for a safe working environment to assure that all employees including those not assigned to the department are following health and safety policies of Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, LLC.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Verifies labor hours and payroll report accuracy. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Develops and maintains a cost effective schedule to maximize profitability through the use of labor and supply resources.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Modifies as necessary plant quality manual under direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, Food Safety and Technical Services.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Provides feedback on improvement of current programs to the Quality Assurance Manager, Food Safety and Technical Services.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Works closely with operational departments to assure that Creekstone Farms goals are met.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Maintains quality standards by ensuring product is made according to company specifications.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Investigates customer complaints for quality defects.&nbsp;</span></li></ol><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:115%;\">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</span></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor in a quality assurance or operations function.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Working knowledge of beef processing, ground beef and USDA regulatory requirements.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Experience working with a diverse labor force.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Ability to maintain high expectation for self and others, demonstrating a dedication to achieve or exceed goals.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Demonstrated ability to function within a high paced environment. &nbsp;Is able to deal effectively and systematically with change!</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Solid problem solving, project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Ability to work independently of supervision and within a team environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">IHA HACCP certificate, bilingual in English/Spanish, SQF2000 and / or ISO9000 preferred. &nbsp;Member of American Society for Quality a plus.</span></li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"line-height:115%;font-size:13px;\">Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
