The Contractor will assist the Sponsor with the deployment of technical operational capabilities as well as programmatic strategy development for these complex technical solutions. The work will be performed in a team environment, requiring polished skills in concept development and execution, as well as the ability to manage a moderate, fast-paced workload.<br> </p><p><strong>Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:</strong>  </p><div class=\"WordSection1\"><ul><li style=\"margin-top:16px;\"><span><span style=\"line-height:12.05pt;\">Demonstrated experience with oversight of IT development <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">teams.</span></span></span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\"><span>Demonstrated experience providing technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical.</span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\">Demonstrated experience understanding emerging technical <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">trends.</span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\"><span style=\"line-height:102%;\"><span style=\"line-height:102%;\">Demonstrated experience in coordinating between technical development teams and operational stakeholders to successfully deploy technology to the field.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\">Demonstrated experience in systems integration and best <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">practices.</span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\">Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and best <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">practices.</span></li><li style=\"margin-right:62px;\">Demonstrated experience supporting technical IT <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">operations.</span></li></ul></div><p></p><p><br><strong>Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>​​​​​​<span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">Demonstrated</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">experience</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">with</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">mobile</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">communications</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">infrastructure</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">and</span> <span style=\"letter-spacing:-0.1pt;\">technologies.</span></li></ul> <p>__________________________________________________________________________________</p><p><strong>US Citizenship:</strong></p><ul><li>This position requires US Citizenship.
