or equivalent combination of education and experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Experience and/or knowledge of production operations experience is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Desire and ability to operate machines and equipment of various scopes &amp;
