    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The F&amp;B Cashier position is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with placing and paying for orders.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provides excellent and personalized service to our guests by engaging with each guest in a professional and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Takes food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. &nbsp;Ensures orders are delivered to the guest in a timely manner and all requested items are accurate.&nbsp;</li><li>Exhibits a strong knowledge of the menu and stays up to date on changes and specials. &nbsp; Explains the menu to guests and provides assistance with questions or concerns. &nbsp;</li><li>Works as a team with all staff members to ensure an excellent guest service experience.</li><li>Works with the Point of Sale (POS) system to accurately enter orders and charge guests for their orders. Handles credit card and cash transactions and ensures accurate change.</li><li>Follows all responsible service of alcohol guidelines including service times, monitoring for signs of intoxication, and checking identification for age requirements.</li><li>Performs standard stocking of front work area.&nbsp;</li><li>Sets up and maintains cleanliness and organization of work area according to food safety standards and sanitation requirements. &nbsp;</li><li>Performs all duties in a positive, professional manner. Maintains a clean and professional appearance according to company standards.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to perform all assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with POS in a restaurant, bar, or casino preferred. 1 year of experience cash handling preferred.</li><li>Excellent guest service skills are required.
