(Civil Engineering).</span></li>\n <li><span>Courses in Structural Engineering preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum 07-08 years’ experience on construction site.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in executing various big Projects of approx. 25-50 acres’ land is needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerized reporting and MS Office package is must.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory</span></li>\n <li><span>Candidate must have experience of Sports Facilities on Site Projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Should plan and schedule all the project activities as per the timelines.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensuring timely work execution on site.</span></li>\n <li><span>Liaison with Architects, Consultants and Contractors to have smooth functioning at site.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify slippages/delays and initiate corrective action.</span></li>\n <li><span>Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare all MIS reports from time to time to facilitate decision making</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure minimum wastage of material at site and suggest value engineering to reduce the cost wherever required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure that the assigned work is completed as per the schedule by coordinating amongst the team members, contractors and consultants.</span></li>\n <li><span>Any other work assigned from time to time.</span></li>\n</ul>",
