You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure our people have the skills, behaviours, and tools required to deliver high-quality projects and achieve business objectives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities: </span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Talent &amp; Performance Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Conduct skills gap analysis to identify current and future capability needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Lead the annual 9-box grid talent review process, supporting succession planning and performance management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Design and implement a High Performance Programme.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Support goal setting and performance processes, including balanced scorecard frameworks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Learning &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Develop and deliver behavioural and technical development pathways across the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Design learning plans and development outcomes aligned to business objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Promote and drive adoption of internal and external learning platforms (e.g. Talent Hub, LinkedIn Learning).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Support onboarding by delivering structured induction programmes for all new starters.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Culture &amp; Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Embed company mission, vision, and values into all development initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Integrate competency frameworks into performance and development processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Collaborate with wider group / external stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to talent development.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Mandatory Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manage and track mandatory training and compliance, ensuring 100% completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain accurate, auditable training records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Oversee training requirements such as </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">CSCS cards, </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">SMSTS certifications, </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">First Aid and Fire Marshal coverage.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Systems &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manage and utilise key systems including Entomo, Astute, BambooHR, TalentHub &amp; LinkedIn Learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Use data and insights measure effectiveness and continuously improve development initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Proven experience in Talent Development or Learning &amp; Development, ideally within the construction or built environment sector.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Strong experience designing and implementing talent and performance frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence across a project-based environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience developing structured learning and development pathways (technical and behavioural).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Knowledge of compliance and mandatory training requirements within construction (e.g. CSCS, SMSTS, H&amp;S).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Data-driven, with the ability to measure impact and demonstrate ROI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Comfortable managing multiple systems and driving adoption of learning platforms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> <br>Ensuring you have a work-life balance and stay healthy and happy is important to London Square.
