    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Management Tools Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll work with our clients on their toolset strategy, including the selection, design and build of Service Management Tool solutions. You will be working together to design and deliver recommended improvements to assist them to maximise the full investment in their digital technology.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Designing and developing IT Service Management tools to fulfil the clients’ requirements. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Using best practices and standards including ITIL, ISO20000, Lean, BPMN, and Agile to design processes.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performing audits and maturity assessments customers’ existing ITSM tools to identify areas for improvement. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Design and lead workshops, either face to face or virtually. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with third party ITSM tool vendors to implement ITSM tool solutions. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop the FSP Service Management Tool to support the delivery of managed services. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Working with other capabilities across FSP to deliver wider service transformation programmes.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Working with clients across a range of public and private sector organisations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Possess a good understanding of ITIL practices. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge and experience of implementing ITSM tools on-prem and as a SaaS platform.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent understanding of IT Service Management Toolsets, productivity, and automation tooling.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Passionate about helping customers improve and gain more value from their IT and Digital Technology through improved user experiences and efficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Practical hands-on experience of working in a Service Management team to deliver ITSM toolsets</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preferably hands-on experience with ServiceNow</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preferably a holder current or previous HMG Security Clearance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">What we look for in our people</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Dedication to excellence and quality</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #090136; font-size: 16px\">Who are FSP?</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Founded in 2012, FSP Consulting Services (FSP) are a leading enterprise-level digital evolution and cyber security consultancy.
