Guided by our purpose to efficiently and sustainably connect the world with essential goods, Tricon plays a critical role in enabling global commerce while helping suppliers and customers focus on what they do best.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Tricon, you’ll join a global organization where scale meets agility, and where your ideas, ownership, and ambition can help shape the future of international trade.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Logistics Coordinator</span> in our Rotterdam office on a full-time, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">12-month fixed-term contract</span>, with the possibility of extension subject to performance and business requirements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Sales and Operations team to manage inventory levels as needed</li>\n<li>Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments</li>\n<li>Tracking all movements and responding to customer inquires</li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels</li>\n<li>Review sales orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy</li>\n<li>Making special shipping arrangements as necessary</li>\n<li>Tracking and fixing shipping errors</li>\n<li>Preparing bills and invoices</li>\n<li>Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards</li>\n<li>Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized</li>\n<li>Maintain up to date data in Tricon systems to ensure there is a real time record of all sales and shipments</li>\n<li>Work closely with other Tricon departments to ensure all customers are KYC’d and credit check prior to shipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications/Skills:</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly motivated self starter with strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently.</li>\n<li>Superior customer service skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to switch gears, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.</li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking, problem identification, analysis, corrective action and closure</li>\n<li>Adaptability and drive including the ability to work under time-related pressures</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office competence, advanced spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Word and Excel</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate complex subject matter in a simple, clear concise manner with internal and external clients</li>\n</ul>",
