          "text": "<p><strong>Daily Cleaning &amp; Maintenance&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform hands-on cleaning duties across all campus facilities, including restrooms, classrooms, offices, lobbies, and high-traffic areas.&#xa0;</li><li>Engage in physically demanding tasks such as scrubbing floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning windows.&#xa0;</li><li>Lift, carry, and transport items such as trash bags, cleaning supplies, boxes, and furniture (e.g., chairs, tables, rugs) on a daily basis.&#xa0;</li><li>Safely and consistently lift a minimum of 50 pounds, often multiple times throughout the day.&#xa0;</li><li>Move and reposition furniture and equipment to support cleaning and event setup needs.&#xa0;</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers with&#xa0;proficiency&#xa0;and care.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor facility cleanliness throughout the day and respond promptly to spills, messes, or urgent cleaning needs.&#xa0;</li><li>Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations and report inventory shortages or equipment issues to the Lead Operations Pastor.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Event &amp; Facility Support&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Assist&#xa0;with room setups, furniture arrangements, and post-event cleanups.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with campus teams to ensure facilities are ready for weekend services, events, and ministry activities.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Respond promptly to urgent cleaning or setup needs during services and events.&#xa0;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Stewardship&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment, and lifting.&#xa0;</li><li>Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns to the Facilities Manager.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure compliance with CCV’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and stewardship.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
