          "text": "<p><strong>This role offers a starting range of $21 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Flusher/Ink Operator&#xa0;to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train the right candidate to operate a mill machine and to perform TPM/Continuous Improvement activities. As a&#xa0;Flusher/Ink Operator you will be responsible to:</p><ul><li>Record pertinent information on process order</li><li>Fill out appropriate forms, print&#xa0;labels, and label the&#xa0;containers.</li><li>Prepare materials by pre-weighing, changing the flusher as needed, charging materials, and pulling materials for the next batch</li><li>Flush the batch as trained</li><li>Pull&#xa0;samples and makes additions as instructed by QC</li><li>Maintain the work area&#xa0;</li><li>Operate a forklift</li></ul>",
