    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong>Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group (ADACG)<br></strong><br><p>Coordinates the processing, loading of personnel and cargo based on deployment plans, and aircraft schedules. Performs passenger service duties to ensure quality customer service and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Defense Transportation Regulations. Performs passenger service dispatch duties, maintains aircraft status boards, receives air mission set-ups, and relays information on passenger processing and movements to the ADACG Operations/Shift leader. &nbsp;Coordinates and controls the processing and movement of passengers through air terminal and other designated areas. Assist deploying unit with air passenger manifesting and ensures the air manifest is legible with all required data. Briefs troop commander IAW anti-hijacking procedures, and ensures all hand carried items are within established weight and size restrictions. &nbsp; Provides passengers with flight information/delays. Primary purpose of the work is to provide air transportation cargo/personnel support services within a secure military deployment area.</p><p>Reports to the designated aircraft-loading zone, which may be classified as a secure area. &nbsp;Conducts visual review/inspection of military service members to ascertain compliance with regulations/guides governing the transport of carry-on items aboard an aircraft. &nbsp;Gives special attention to special items such as medical supplies or items classified as hazardous material to verify proper container use, labels, shipping records etc. &nbsp; Reports violations to authorities as prescribed by applicable laws, regulations or guides. &nbsp;May operate a variety of materials handling equipment such as forklifts, to load or relocate cargo. Responsible for physical security of passengers in the loading zone along with the inspection of items to be loaded onto the aircraft. &nbsp;Visually inspects items for proper packaging, marking, labeling and placarding. &nbsp; Reviews shipping paper accompanying cargo/baggage for accurate descriptions and complete record of items to be transported. &nbsp;Ensures the deploying unit adheres to the established movement timetable. &nbsp;Performs other duties as required. Extensive interaction with the customer is required. &nbsp;Work requires long strenuous hours, and being able to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends and holidays. &nbsp;Work requires standing, walking, lifting and carrying of papers and other materials. &nbsp;Must be able to work under pressure. &nbsp;Must comply with published Company work rules. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. &nbsp;Must be able to comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations, and Company Rules.</p><p>A basic knowledge of transportation functions, programs, regulations and guides based on training and experience in order to perform the cargo weighing/inspection duties.
