Do not be afraid to blow the whistle.<br />\r\n&bull; Explain your calls to players and coaches.<br />\r\n&bull; Ensure safety.<br />\r\n&bull; Actively engage with coaches. Always explain to the coaches how the game will be called.<br />\r\n&bull; Ensure goals are adjusted according to age division, and a proper-sized ball is used.<br />\r\n&bull; Assist with set-up/clean-up as needed.<br />\r\n&bull; Maintain control of the game. Keep composure under pressure. Help keep a positive environment.
