The role will drive Catalyst Fund's commitment to measurable impact and sustainability, working across internal teams, portfolio companies, and Limited Partners.  The role is both </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">strategic and hands-on</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, requiring expertise in ESG and impact management, fund reporting, due diligence processes, and portfolio engagement. The position will report to the Managing Partner.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(73, 164, 156); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Impact and ESG Strategy &amp; Management (Fund-Level)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead implementation and refinement of Catalyst Fund's </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">ESG &amp; Impact frameworks</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, aligned with leading global standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">detailed ESG due diligence for prospective investments</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, identifying risks and gaps against relevant global standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards) and establishing corrective action plans, where necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage Catalyst Fund’s </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Environmental &amp; Social Management System (ESMS)</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, ensuring robust integration into investment processes from </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">investment screening, to due diligence, and Investment Committee meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own and manage ongoing </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">quarterly and annual</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">impact and ESG monitoring</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> across the portfolio, including data collection, communication with founders, data analysis, and report drafting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct portfolio-wide </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">impact assessments</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, working closely with founders to enhance their impact practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Investor and Regulatory Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Coordinate and manage</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> all impact, ESG, and compliance reporting to investors, including alignment on data collection methodologies and definitions </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"> preparation of quarterly LP reports</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> with financial and impact performance of the companies (cross-checking quarterly data upload from companies)  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">annual ESG reports and impact reports</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> for LPs and an annual impact report for the fund. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">4+ years of relevant experience</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> in impact measurement &amp; management, ESG, and/or sustainability within a VC, PE fund, or impact-focused investment organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">climate finance, climate resilience, and ESG risk management frameworks</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> (particularly related to early-stage, tech-enabled companies).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience managing investor-facing impact and ESG reporting</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, ideally to DFIs or other impact investors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to design and manage </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
