    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Role Overview\n<p>The <strong>Crewperson – Coating</strong> supports the OCTG/NDT inspection team with preparation activities for inspection and coating operations.</p>\n<p>This role involves preparing equipment and materials, carrying out practical yard tasks, marking materials accurately, and maintaining a safe and organised work area. All work must be completed in line with customer requirements, industry standards, NOV procedures, quality requirements, and HSE expectations.</p>\n<p>The position works closely with the Inspection Supervisor, Yard Supervisor, and wider operations team to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.</p>Key Responsibilities\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with equipment and material preparation for inspection activities.</li>\n <li>Operate preparation equipment, including wire brushing, buffing, grinding, and related tools.</li>\n <li>Carry out material marking, including stencilling, numbering, and colour coding.</li>\n <li>Monitor equipment condition and report damage, defects, or concerns.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.</li>\n <li>Follow work instructions, inspection criteria, company procedures, and customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Support process improvements and help prevent non-conformance.</li>\n <li>Participate in toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.</li>\n <li>Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support operational targets.</li>\n <li>Travel and carry out other reasonable duties when required.</li>\n</ul>Minimum Qualifications\n<ul>\n <li>General education, vocational training, or relevant practical experience.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of yard, workshop, inspection, or industrial operations.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to HSE, quality, housekeeping, and compliance.</li>\n <li>Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.</li>\n</ul>Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in OCTG, NDT, coating, inspection preparation, or oilfield services.</li>\n <li>Experience using wire brushing, buffing, grinding, hydraulic, or electrical equipment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of material identification, including stencilling, numbering, and colour coding.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with quality assurance, HSE practices, and toolbox talks.</li>\n <li>Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.</li>\n</ul>What We Offer\n<ul>\n <li>Career progression opportunities within NOV and Wellbore Technologies.</li>\n <li>Training and development to build technical and operational skills.</li>\n <li>Performance-related bonus opportunity</li>\n <li>A safe, professional, and collaborative working environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>NOV encourages all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of gender, age, cultural background, disability, or belief.</p>",
