    "requisitionDescription": "<div><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"702\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><p><strong>JOB OVERVIEW</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A revenue generating position focused on recruiting a population of students interested in hybrid learning programs or other Hybrid Learning offerings. &nbsp;Responsible for all aspects of the admissions recruitment cycle communicating with prospective students and business partners to aid in recruitment. &nbsp;Maintains accurate records and works proactively with all stages of student recruitment from prospect identification through matriculation. Supports Hybrid Learning Coaches as needed.&nbsp;</p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"702\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><p><strong>POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Meet or exceed recruitment goals, which are set annually.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain necessary relationships with prospective students and other influencers.</li><li>Review student applications for admission decisions for designated hybrid programs based on agreed upon parameters.</li><li>Prepare and deliver effective recruitment presentations at colleges, fairs, and conferences.</li><li>Counsel and guide students through each stage of the admissions process.</li><li>Make phone calls, send emails, traditional mail, and be comfortable using effective technology as part of the recruitment process.</li><li>Become knowledgeable and articulate about Unity College Hybrid Learning, its programs, market niche, strategies and procedures.</li><li>Understand how to work with non-traditional and adult learners.</li><li>Work with Hybrid Learning staff and leaders to develop strategies for effective recruitment and research marketing opportunities.</li><li>Full life cycle management of a pool of applicants: proactive and holistic student contact and conversion throughout the inquiry, application, and processes using the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) database.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy designed to attract and retain an academically talented, financially viable and diverse student body.</li><li>Serve as primary information provider for students about the admission process, including information about financial aid, billing, and the academic experience.</li><li>Connect students with academic support resources as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend fairs, conferences, and workshops assigned and manage a table at those events.</li><li>Maintain appropriate records and submit timely reports on all recruitment activities as needed.</li><li>Pro-actively communicate challenges, successes, and failures with leadership.</li><li>Enthusiastic support of the Enterprise Model.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"702\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><p><strong>UNITY COLLEGE INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES:</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><ul><li>Demonstrates commitment to Unity College&rsquo;s core values and serves as a role model for the College&rsquo;s standards of conduct.</li><li>Contributes to the College&rsquo;s commitment to sustainability and contributes to the College&rsquo;s commitment to support a diverse and inclusive working and learning environment.</li><li>Follows safety and infection control policies while assisting with their enforcement.</li><li>Assumes responsibility to maintain and upgrade professional knowledge and skills with regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws. Working extended hours required as needed. Must be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting the College&rsquo;s needs. Although Unity College employees are generally scheduled to work at their specifically assigned locations, there are times when travel is necessary and employees are required from time to time to attend events, meetings or work temporary assignment at any Unity College location.</p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"702\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>While performing the duties of this job, it is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. THE VIABILITY MATRIX FOR THIS POSITION IS:</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><ul><li>Hybrid Learning continues to be a viable Sustainable Education Business Unit.</li><li>Hybrid Learning achieves a positive net-revenue budget by Fall 2023 and generates&nbsp;at least $10M gross annual operating budget with a minimum 20% margin as defined by the College Budget Guide.</li><li>The position is expected to consistently matriculate a minimum of 50-100 students a year. This minimum range reflects the minimum number to keep the position funded.</li><li>Hybrid Learning enrolls a minimum of 150 incoming fulltime degree-seeking students annually.</li><li>Hybrid Learning attains an average enrollment of 450 fulltime degree-seeking students by 2024, with 50% of those students in residence.</li></ul></div>\n",
