We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team and help provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.</p><p><br></p><p>Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through preventive care, patient education, and clinical excellence. You’ll work closely with our dentists and support team to create a positive experience for every patient while helping improve access to care across our community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Perks: </strong>Monday–Friday | Clinics close at 2:00 PM every Friday</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Full-time employees enjoy:</strong></p><ul><li>Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) of PTO per year&nbsp;</li><li>Employer retirement contributions&nbsp;</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits&nbsp;</li><li>In-house healthcare discounts for eligible employees</li><li>Eligible site for NHSC Loan Repayment Program opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform patient screenings including oral health assessments, health history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck inspections, charting, and vital signs&nbsp;</li><li>Complete dental radiographs (x-rays) and assist with development and review&nbsp;</li><li>Remove calculus and plaque from tooth surfaces through preventive hygiene care&nbsp;</li><li>Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive materials&nbsp;</li><li>Administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia as permitted&nbsp;</li><li>Document existing restorations and identify areas of concern for dentist evaluation&nbsp;</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene, brushing, flossing, nutrition, and tobacco cessation&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain infection control standards and sterilization procedures following universal precautions&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with impressions for study casts and other clinical support as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate patient documentation and support administrative workflow</li></ul>",
