We&rsquo;re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries and world-class tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse &amp; Delivery Assistant in our Seattle office.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide support in pick-up and delivery of customer &amp; tasting room orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting in all processing, assembling, delivering of wine club, employee, non-profit, online, donation and event wine orders</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Stocking all shipping (UPS, FedEx and DHL) supplies</li></ul><ul><li>Organizing Warehouse&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Working with marketing on packing and mailing samples</li><li>Assist with events to ensure staffing and deliveries for wine events are completed.</li><li>Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damage.</li><li>Provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Make last-minute order adjustment as requested by customers.</li><li>Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.</li><li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills</li><li>Be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Handle and transport product safely</li><li>Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
